Sydney coverage
One office, clients across the city.
The practice covers greater Sydney from a single Cherrybrook office. The reason for the single-office model — and what it means for clients in other parts of the city — is worth setting out plainly.
Some accounting and broking practices show a long list of suburb pages with implied local presence behind each one. We do not. The practice has one physical location — 15 Forest Close, Cherrybrook NSW — and the principal, Rohan Manokaran CA, lives in the area. That is the only address that appears on professional registrations, in regulatory disclosures and in our Credit Guide.
That single-office model is workable across greater Sydney for the same reason it is workable across regional NSW and interstate: most accounting and mortgage broking work is document-driven. Tax returns, BAS, financial statements, SMSF compliance, loan applications, lender follow-ups, settlement coordination — all of that runs over secure document upload, phone and video. Settlements and conveyancing are handled by your solicitor or conveyancer regardless of where the office is. The in-person meeting is available at Cherrybrook when a client wants it; for many clients across Sydney, it is rarely the constraint.
What you should expect from a Sydney engagement: the same practitioner leading the work, written scoping before any engagement letter, a documented lender shortlist or tax position before any submission, and a fee quoted in writing before work starts. The fact that the practice is in Cherrybrook rather than the CBD does not change the discipline.
Who actually chooses a Hills-based practice from the other side of Sydney? In our experience, three groups. Clients who were referred by someone the practice already acts for — family, a business partner, a colleague — and who care more about who does the work than where the desk sits. Clients who specifically want the combined accountant-and-broker engagement, which is uncommon enough that geography stops being the deciding filter. And clients who have already concluded that they will never visit any accountant's office anyway, in which case a Cherrybrook address and a Martin Place address are functionally identical.
The remote engagement itself follows a fixed shape: a scoping call by phone or video, an engagement letter and fee in writing, documents exchanged through secure upload rather than email attachments, drafts reviewed together on screen, and signatures collected electronically. Where a lender requires identity verification for a loan application, that is completed to the lender's own standard — increasingly digital, occasionally in person — and we tell you which applies before anything is lodged.
Common Sydney client profiles
The four most-asked engagement shapes.
Inner West / North Shore PAYG families
Dual-income households with a primary residence and often one or two investment properties. Engagement usually starts as either a family tax return or an investment-loan refinance and broadens out over time as the practice picks up the rest of the picture.
Pty Ltd business owners across Sydney
Small Pty Ltd companies — typically professional services, trades, IT consultancies and ecommerce — that want one practitioner across the company return, director tax planning and any related lending decisions. Norwest and Bella Vista business owners overlap heavily here.
Property investors building a portfolio
Established owners across the Hills, North Shore and Inner West moving from one investment property to two, three or four. This is where the tax × lending intersect matters most — loan structure, interest deductibility context and offset positioning all sit at the cross-cluster line.
Self-employed borrowers
Sole traders, contractors and Pty Ltd directors across greater Sydney whose income reads off tax returns, BAS and business financials. Having both functions in one practice means the lender's evidence package and the tax position are consistent without negotiation.

Frequently asked questions
Sydney — common questions.
Common questions
Do you have multiple offices around Sydney?
No. The practice operates from a single office at 15 Forest Close, Cherrybrook NSW 2126. We do not pretend to have a CBD or North Sydney address. Clients across greater Sydney work with us by phone, video and secure document upload — and in person at the Cherrybrook office when that suits.
I live in the Inner West / North Shore / Eastern Suburbs — can you actually help?
Yes. Most of the practice's engagements outside the Hills District run remotely end-to-end, including full home-loan applications and complex company / trust returns. The local-suburb depth on our local service pages is about being honest about where the office actually is — not about restricting who we work with.
Why a single-office model instead of a multi-branch network?
Two reasons. First, the practice is principal-led: when you engage Eternity Group, the person you speak with is Rohan Manokaran CA — that does not scale to multiple offices. Second, a smaller surface keeps overheads (and therefore fees) honest. The trade-off is that the only physical meeting point is Cherrybrook; for most clients that is rarely the limiting factor.
Which Sydney suburbs do you have the most experience with?
The strongest local depth is the Hills District corridor (Cherrybrook, Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills, Pennant Hills, Baulkham Hills, Norwest, Bella Vista, Dural) where the principal lives and most clients are based. Beyond that, there is regular work across the North Shore, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire and South-West Sydney — generally for clients referred in or who specifically wanted a combined accountant-and-broker engagement.
Can you handle property purchases or refinances across Sydney?
Yes. Most Australian residential lenders are nationally available, so the lender shortlist is not constrained by where the property sits in Sydney. The legal and conveyancing piece is handled by your solicitor or conveyancer; the broker's job is to model serviceability against the right lender shortlist and run the application — all of which happens regardless of which Sydney metro suburb you are in.
Will I ever need to come to Cherrybrook in person?
For most engagements, no. Tax returns, BAS, financial statements and the majority of loan applications run end-to-end by phone, video, secure document upload and electronic signature. The main exception is lender identity verification: some lenders still require an in-person identity check for a loan application, which can usually be completed near you rather than at our office. If your matter has any in-person step, we flag it at the scoping call — not midway through.
Is a remote engagement handled differently from an in-person one?
No — the process is identical either way. Written scoping first, an engagement letter and fee in writing before work starts, documents through secure upload, drafts reviewed together on screen, and the same practitioner from start to lodgement or settlement. Meeting format changes how we talk; it does not change what gets documented or who does the work.
Do you take on SMSF clients across greater Sydney?
Yes, but SMSF is a deliberate, scoping-led service rather than a volume one. SMSF is genuinely not for everyone — trustees take on personal compliance responsibility for the fund. We scope SMSF engagements carefully whether the trustee is local to Cherrybrook or elsewhere in Sydney; the work itself is largely remote-friendly.
