Most Sydney accounting and broking practices treat the Hills District as a single block. In our experience it splits cleanly into a residential side and a business-park side — and most of our local engagements sit somewhere in the cross-over.

The residential side of the Hills — Cherrybrook, West Pennant Hills, Pennant Hills, parts of Castle Hill, Carlingford and Beecroft — is dominated by established owner-occupier family homes. Many residents are dual-income PAYG professionals with one or two investment properties elsewhere. Cherrybrook Metro reshaped commute patterns from 2019 and brought more North Sydney / Macquarie Park / CBD professionals into the local mix.
