Who we work with
Ongoing accounting for business owners.
Companies and directors
Company tax returns and financial statements, director pay and drawings, BAS and GST, handled together through the year.
Family trusts and groups
Trust returns, distributions and the entities around them, kept consistent across the whole group.
Hills District businesses
Local owners who want one accountant for tax, BAS, Xero and planning, reachable directly by phone and Zoom.
The difference
One accountant who knows your whole structure, and answers the phone.
Fees published
Our fee schedule is on this website. After a 20-minute scoping call you receive a fixed written quote, then an engagement letter before any work begins.
Year-round, not once a year
BAS, bookkeeping support, tax planning and lodgements handled through the year, so tax time holds fewer surprises.
Tax and lending understood
Rohan is also a credit representative. When a client needs a loan, the accounting behind it is already understood. The two remain separate engagements.
How it works
Scoping call, quote, engagement.
A 20-minute scoping call
Which entities you have, where the bookkeeping is up to, what’s outstanding and which deadlines apply.
A fixed written quote
Scope and fees in writing, based on what you actually need, so you know the fee before you commit.
Engagement letter, then the work
Once you’ve signed the engagement letter, we arrange records and authority and start the agreed work.
Before your call
What helps us quote properly.
The scoping call is about getting the quote right the first time. It helps to know roughly:
- Which entities you have: companies, trusts or partnerships
- Where your bookkeeping is up to, and which software you use
- Which lodgements are outstanding, and any ATO deadlines or letters
- What you’d like handled through the year, such as BAS, payroll or tax planning
- Who your current accountant is, if you’re changing
No documents are needed yet. We ask for records once the engagement is agreed.

Before we speak
Common questions
What does ongoing accounting include?
It depends on your entities and what you need. Typically BAS and GST, bookkeeping support in Xero, company or trust returns with financial statements, and tax planning. Your written engagement confirms exactly what’s included.
How are your fees set?
Our fee schedule is published with starting prices. A company or trust tax return with financial statements starts from $2,200 incl. GST, and ongoing monthly packages are listed on our fees page. After the scoping call you receive a fixed written quote, and the engagement letter confirms scope and fees before work begins.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. With your authority we request your records and prior-year information, and work out what’s outstanding before the agreed work starts.
Is tax planning included?
Tax planning is part of our ongoing packages, at a frequency that depends on the package you choose. Your engagement letter sets out exactly what’s included.
Do you work with businesses outside the Hills District?
Yes. Most of our work happens by Zoom, phone and email, so we work with business owners across Sydney. Local clients are welcome to visit the Cherrybrook office.
Do you work by Zoom?
Yes. Most meetings happen by Zoom or phone, and documents are usually sent by email. You’re welcome to visit the Cherrybrook office too.
